Residents put their trash bags in a provided container outside their door between certain hours and valet collects them and takes them to the on-site dumpster.

Pickup times vary by location and are decided with your property and local managers, but most pickups are done in the evening. Contact your local managers for your location's pickup window.

If your complex offers separate recycling, Valet Pros will dispose of regular trash and recycling separately. Simply use a colored bag for your recycled items or place broken down cardboard boxes next to your bin.
